Ana Navarro thinks people need to up their fashion game when traveling.**

The 53-year-old political commentator reacted to the Department of Transportation's latest travel campaign — which, in part, sees Secretary Sean Duffy encouraging individuals to dress "with respect" when traveling — during Tuesday's episode of *The View*.**

"Take my temperature, because I'm going to agree with a Trump cabinet member," Navarro proclaimed. "I fly four times a week sometimes. I am tired of seeing people's a-- cheeks."

She continued, "And I go through Miami — and, you know, in Miami, people are half-naked on a good day." **

The cohost noted that she often sees "people in skintight, skin-colored leggings" when onboard flights or walking through the airport. "They look naked," she said. "I don't think that's appropriate!"

A true comedian at heart, Joy Behar jumped in with a quick quip. "All right, I won't wear that anymore," she teased, sending the rest of the Hot Topics table into a fit of laughter. "She's so fussy!" **

All jokes aside, Navarro said that Duffy was "right to remind people" to be aware of their fashion choices when traveling. She added, "I'm sorry, if you're over the age of six, you should not be in a onesie in the airport."**

Still, her costar Alyssa Farah Griffin noted that there are much more important things that the Department of Transportation should be focusing on instead of a passenger's outfit.  **

"It is one of the few goods and services that, despite how much you pay, it's not a better experience no matter what," she said. "There's no compensation for delays. It's ridiculous."

As part of the Department of Transportation's 'Golden Age of Travel Starts With You" campaign, Duffy encouraged viewers to bring "civility and manners back" to travel by dressing appropriately, thanking flight attendants and pilots, and minding their children. **

"What he did say that I think was important is that manners don't stop at the gate," Navarro said. "A lot of us are about to get back on planes. This is the busiest day of the year. Be nice. These people have just gone through hell with the government shutdown. Be nice and thankful to the TSA agents."**

Behar pointed out, however, that there is no correlation between dressing nicely and being a nice person. "Why does he think that if you're dressed in a certain way, you're going to be nicer?" she asked. "Some of the best dressed people are idiots. And nasty! So, come on!"**

That didn't change Navarro's viewpoint, though. "I don't think people should be wearing T-shirts with naked folks or with cussing on them," she said. "I think that people get offended sometimes." **
