Days of Our Lives is marking its 60th anniversary this week with the highly anticipated Dr. Tom Horton free clinic gala, and Peacock has released the first look at the milestone event.

The official Days of Our Lives YouTube channel posted a preview for the episodes airing between November 10 through the 14th.

The promo opens up with Tate (Leo Howard) and Holly (Ashley Puzemis) sitting down with Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) and Marie (Maree Cheatham) at the Horton house for an interview. Tate tells them, "We really appreciate you sitting down with us," to which Marie responds, "Now, what kind of stories do you want to hear?"

At University Hospital, Chad (Billy Flynn) and Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) are anxiously waiting for news about Chad's son, Thomas, after he ran into the street and appears to have been hit by a car. Chad is heard asking "Hey, how's Thomas. Is he okay?"

In the town square Lani (Sal Stowers) is visiting with Abe (James Reynolds) discussing Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) sharing, "He confided in Paulina instead of you. Did you ever stop to ask yourself why?"

At the Brady Pub, Sami (Alison Sweeney) is in town, reconnecting with her son Will (Chandler Massey). He notices a ring on her finger and asks, "This means you're engaged?"

The preview ends with a scene from the star-studded gala, surrounded by friends and family, Jennifer gives a speech, sharing, "University Hospital brought the community together for laughter, charity, and hope. So, with the opening of the Dr. Tom Horton Free Clinic, my grandfather's legacy will continue to serve the community all the days of our lives.

Meanwhile, Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) appears to have been kidnapped, as a man takes off a blindfold she says, "Where the hell am I?"

Fans excitedly took to the comment section on the YouTube video to share their thoughts and opinions. One user shared, "Now this a promo we should be seeing for the sixtieth anniversary. So many familiar faces returning, as it should be."

A second user added, "I've been looking forward to watching this week's episodes. I love seeing the returning characters that bring back memories from so long ago. I've been a DOOL fan from day one so I have a lot of very fond (and some not as fond) memories to call on." With a third user sharing, "Wow! Looks like a lot going down. Looking forward to all the Hortons. Hope we get some interaction between Will and Ari. And Sami and Johnny. I always love seeing Marie, Mike, Eli and Lani. Who could put up with Kristen long enough to want to kidnap her?"

Days of Our Lives' 60th anniversary celebration unfolds next week, streaming weekdays exclusively on Peacock.
