Beast Games is not just getting bigger in Season 2, it is getting a full crossover with one of the most iconic reality shows on TV.

Prime Video has revealed that the new season of the Mr. Beast competition series will include a special episode built with the Survivor team, featuring Jeff Probst as a guest host alongside Mr. Beast. The crossover is teased in the recently released Season 2 trailer.

What The Crossover Looks Like

The special episode sends Beast Games contestants to Fiji, the longtime filming home of Survivor. There, Probst greets the players and leads them through a hybrid challenge that blends the huge set pieces of Beast Games with classic Survivor style elements.

Prime Video's description says contestants will face a course that combines "larger than life innovation" from Beast Games with Survivor's "groundbreaking format," including mid challenge bribes, strategic twists and familiar physical obstacles. Some former Survivor players are part of the Season 2 cast, including Sue Smeyfrom Survivor 47, making the episode feel even more like a true crossover between the two worlds.

When Season 2 premieres

Season 2 of Beast Games will once again stream exclusively on Prime Video. The new episodes launch January 7, 2026, with the first three episodes dropping on premiere day and additional installments rolling out weekly after that.

The season uses a "Strong vs Smart" theme, with 200 contestants split between 100 physically powerful players and 100 brainy competitors. They are all competing for a 5 million dollar grand prize, with 15 million dollars total in cash and prizes, which keeps Beast Games in the lead for the biggest payout in reality TV.

Why this crossover matters

For fans, this is more than a fun cameo. It is a rare collaboration between two very different corners of reality TV. Beast Games is built around YouTube star Jimmy "Mr. Beast" Donaldson and his massive online audience, while Survivor is a long running network franchise that helped define the modern competition format on CBS.

The timing also feels intentional. Beast Games Season 2 is set to wrap on February 25, the same night CBS launches Survivor 50 with a three-hour premiere, creating a major moment for competition-show fans across platforms.

Amazon MGM Studios called the episode "a first of its kind relationship between two global competition phenomena" and praised Survivor as "the pioneering force that defined the genre," now bringing its "battle tested gameplay into the Beast Games universe."

The crossover also gives both shows a fresh story to tell. For Beast Games, it adds a layer of strategy and nostalgia to the high budget spectacle. For Survivor fans, it is a chance to see Jeff Probst and some familiar challenge beats dropped into a completely different environment, with a prize pool that is bigger than anything the CBS show has ever offered.

Season 2 of Beast Games begins streaming January 7, 2026 on Prime Video, and the crossover episode looks ready to test whether contestants can survive in two game worlds at once.
