Aubrey O'Day has confirmed she won't take the stand to testify against Sean 'Diddy' Combs as his trial continues. The music mogul, 55, is currently on trial in New York for sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution charges. While O'Day is currently in the same city, she said on the Friday, May 16 episode of the Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes Presents: Aubrey O'Day Covering the Diddy Trial podcast that she won't be present for legal proceedings despite earlier reports.
