It's very much my personality," Arnold, 31, exclusively told Us Weekly while promoting her Mother's Day partnership with Hallmark. "I don't really love to be surprised. I like to know things." After 10 seasons as a pro, Arnold stepped back from the show and has started her own fitness platform, The Movement Club.
