The 55-year-old rap mogul is accused of coercing a male photographer into performing a sexual act on him in exchange for an offer to make his 'career take off,' according to documents obtained by DailyMail.com The photographer, referred to only as 'John Doe,' claims Diddy manipulated him into performing oral sex on him while on the set of a commercial shoot in his lawsuit, which was filed in New York State Supreme Court.
